STRAIGHT FROM THE SMOKER
At Surf City Smokehouse, everything is cooked on a custom offset smoker built by TMG Pits out of Knoxville, TN. Our briskets run 12–16 hours over real Texas post oak while pulled pork and baby back ribs cook for around 6 hours. Even the sides get time in the pit, like our smoked brisket mac & cheese and pit-style baked beans. No shortcuts, just real barbecue.
